Physical Education & Health 30F (PHE30F)
Course Description
Advancing on concepts and skills taught in Physical Education and Health, grade 11 physical education teaches the core concepts required to enable a student to begin to design and implement their own lifelong physical education plan while reinforcing positive lifestyle behaviors. All students will be required to complete 9 of 10 units offered during the semester. Two health units and one fitness/aerobic unit are compulsory. The other six units will be made up of activity units of their choice.
