Course Description
Recommended for All Grade 9 Students: Introduction course to ALL other courses within the Applied Commerce Education (ACE) program.
What is a business and how do they operate? Are you interested in starting your own business in the future? Do you want to learn how businesses affect your everyday life?
Business Innovations in an introductory course which allows you to sample the various areas within the ACE program. The course offers you the opportunity to explore business-related topics such as the economy, entrepreneurship, marketing, retailing, and finance. Throughout the course you will apply the concepts and strategies learned to a variety of creative business activities/projects. With an emphasis on technology infusion, students will learn how to use current technologies to demonstrate learning outcomes.
