Course Description
An exciting new course opportunity is here at GVC! This course is designed to strengthen the understanding and appreciation of the traditions, cultures, and passions, as well as the current realities of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people of Manitoba, Canada and the world. Using oral history, story telling and the use of community connections we will explore topics such as self-determination, self-government, language, and cultural reclamation throughout the course.
