Drafting Design Technology 10G (DDT10G)

Course Description

Drafting is a form of graphic communication concerned with the preparation of drawings needed to develop and manufacture a product. Grade 9 Drafting uses a computer-aided drafting and design software (AutoCAD) to create detailed drawings for machinery, tools and other mechanical products. This course provides a strong foundation in drafting fundamentals and methods. Evaluation is based on Drawing Assignments and Blueprint Reading Tests.
