Exercise Science 40S (ESC40S)
Course Description
This is a two-part course that first focuses on the anatomy of human movement. Students will learn all bones, many muscles and explore articular joints of the human body. The second part of the course investigates how athletes can manipulate their bodies and other factors to improve athletic performance. Exercise Science is a comprehensive introduction to kinesiology; an excellent course for anyone pursuing a career dealing with the human body. This course is recommended for grade 12s or keen Grade 11s
