French 30S (FRE30S)
Course Description
French courses at GVC maintain an emphasis on the experiential approach and constant use of the language. Cultural and linguistic materials include various sources such as TV, movies, magazines, web sites, music & literature. French competency is not just the destination; it’s the route and the vehicle used to reach that destination.
This course continues to develop all four language competencies: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It is intended to develop new structures and vocabulary, continue exposure to French culture and use the French language for more advanced and creative communication.
