Physical Education & Health 20F (PHE20F)
Course Description
Designed to continue in the development of students in the areas of Physical Education & Health, grade 10 physical education teaches game strategies and tactics of individual and team/group activities. Along with the promotion of these lifetime activities, a variety of healthy lifestyle choices and CPR/first aid are covered to further educate our students on making informed positive lifestyle decisions. Students will be required to complete 9 of 10 units offered during the semester. Two health units and one fitness/aerobic unit are compulsory. The other six units will be made up of activity units of their choice.
