Course Description
Grade 12 Physical Education & Health completes the process of planning and implementing a personal fitness portfolio started in grade 11 and focuses on concepts of leadership, teamwork, nutrition and relationships. All students will be required to complete 9 of 10 units offered during the semester. Two health units and one fitness/aerobic unit are compulsory. The other six units will be made up of activity units of their choice.
